Tuition and Registration Policy Acknowledgement

Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s):
Regular attendance is very important to your child’s success in Avicenna Academy Farsi School. We request that your child attends classes regularly throughout the school year.
Avicenna Academy is a non-profit organization and for its operational expenses relies on Registration and Tuition fees. Please pay your tuition on time.

I (we) hereby acknowledge that:

● I am responsible to pay a one time registration fee of $50 upon registration every year.
● I am responsible for at least 2 months of tuition fees following each registration whether or not my child attends all or partial days of school operation.
● Tuition is due by the first working Sunday of the month. There will be a $15 late fee assessed for a tuition paid after the first working Sunday of the month.
● A two-week advance notice is required if you decide for your child to terminate attending Avicenna Academy classes.
